Rosen Method Movement
Rosen Method movement classes are a lively, enjoyable way of improving flexibility, balance, rhythm and muscle function. Easy, unhurried stretching and swinging movements, set to music, create the experience of relaxation and well-being in action.
Participants in the movement classes find new vitality, joy and ease in their bodies. They discover increased range of motion and ease of breathing.
The classes give participants a chance to have fun, physically as well as socially, and to experience the freedom and joy of moving to music. They are designed to promote a lifelong ability to move freely.
